I food prepped like a BOSS this weekend with my 3.5 pounds of dates from Costco and BAD-ASS food processor Abe got for me!
Tomato, cucumber and gorgonzola salad (dressed with red wine vinegar, basil infused olive oil, and a dash of TJ’s 21 Seasoning Salute) and egg muffins with maple apple sausage.
This all turned in to beautiful pre-packed lunches and snacks!
- Quinoa, tomato and cucumber salad over greens.
- Quinoa and black beans, to be dressed with leftovers or chicken, salsa and cheese.
Yum, yum, yum! Hopefully this will keep me eating healthy this week 🙂
